Can safelists help you get more traffic? Yes, if you join quality ones. But when you start joining safelists, you'll notice that it gets more time-consuming. You'll have to manually login to each web-based safelist to post your ad. And you may be doing this weekly, every few days, or even every day with some safelists.

Wouldn't a safelist software submitter help out?

Yes! With a submitter, all you have to do is give your login information for each safelist. You probably have to specify where the subject, message, and submit buttons are, depending on your software. Some programs have pre-loaded lists ready to go, while others do not. Now, once your safelist software has all the necessary information, you can start having some fun!

Create your ads with catchy subject lines and compelling copy, save them, and you should be ready to go. Simply specify the safelists you wish to post to, submit, and sit back! It's definitely easier than taking the time to go into each individual web page to post your ad.

A look at SMASS

SMASS is a software safelist submitter. It has an auto joiner so you can automatically join safelists, as long as you have a database with the join information. I haven't used the auto joiner as I simply joined the safelists manually and then added them into the safelist editor.

Adding safelists into SMASS is easy. It's just like doing a regular submission, where you login, go to the post page, type in your ad, and submit. The difference is that SMASS captures the details about the safelist (and it doesn't actually submit).

Not every safelist can be added into SMASS though. Some pages are structured or function differently than how SMASS expects them. For example, some ad posting pages require you to preview before submitting.

When you're ready to post your ads, you can send them out immediately or choose to use the scheduler. With the scheduler, you can automatically submit your ads at a later time. Or, you can post whenver a specified interval passes.

If you post to multiple safelists regularly, I recommend you get this to save time.
